Well.... [editline]3rd December 2011[/editline] Maybe like a work bench
What I plan on doing minus 1 desktop and 1 laptop.
What I plan on doing minus 1 desktop and 1 laptop.
That would be awesome. Wish I had that much desk space. Or a room that big.
Yep seen that before I want to really just organize all my extra hardware, wires and so on. How do you organize all your stuff in your office?
That would be awesome. Wish I had that much desk space. Or a room that big.
My room isn't that big, just big enough to fit a corner desk that size, a small dresser and a pull out couch. Right now I've got a tiny desk, a big twin size bed and a big dresser which I don't even need, In fact I might just sleep on my summer camp cot for the rest of my life living with my parents unless they make me a bedroom out in the garage.
Yea I hear you man, but the only reason I post this is because all my shit is like so messy and idk how to organize it. And my thought was to build a work bench with drawers but i don't have the money nor space. And so I came on here to ask a nice cheap organized area with places to put all my shit...like storage

In fact I have to clean out my room so I can take my bed out of there and put a pull out couch in there soon.
yeah i did it the cheap way and put every thing in plastic bags and wrote on those, but i need bins because i have to always add things to bags and when i do that rip. so next plan. get money to buy containers. note to self: get a grip on life so that i can have more time to do shit
Wall mounted monitors, lipped shelves with partitions to put hardware. towers go underneath, and a fucking enormous desk that runs around the whole room. Oh and fucking bright lights as well as LAN ports and power sockets galore
ok so here is a full panorama of my room if any one has ideas for me tell me...my budget is like 100 at the max max max for storage and office setups. but still post ideas that might be 500 dollars but that doesnt includ monitors or electronics check
sorry i had posted something but my cat had layed down on my laptop and shut it down. so here is a link to the pictures. http://photobucket.com/Myreallymessyroomofelectronics
So I also need an organizer like the ones at radioshack
Bed in the corner, get cube organizers like this And just throw away EVERYTHING you don't need, also you don't really need that TV if you have a decent computer to watch TV on.
Well I want like a workstation you know...like a place where I can work on computers and stuff. Should I put one in my closet? Or by my bed like in the first photo? [editline]4th December 2011[/editline] Can you post a photo of your room so I can see what u have set-up?

I'd use the closet as storage only Using that as a workplace would be slightly cramped.
[editline]4th December 2011[/editline] This is what I plan on doing.
The pull out couch bed things suck. You'll regret that.
The pull out couch bed things suck. Yea I'm probally going to try and put it in my closet but I don't want too spend a lot on a desk. Goodwill will probally be my best choice for finding a cheap desk or table. But my closet doesn't have a power outlet which suxs does anybody know a way to put one in there, besides running an extension cord which would look really cheesy. There is a dome light and I was wondering if there was an adapter with a power outlet on it so I can srew in a light build and have an outlet next to it. But if running an extension cord thru a wall is ok just if I don't have to make any big holes, so that I can patch them up later if I move or something.
When I had first done it: Now: And a sandwich.
Where did the Mac Pro go?
Next to the TV from the looks of it.
Next to the TV from the looks of it.
This. I use it to netflix now.
