Advice: Be yourself, invite chick/girl/broad/dame/ho to cinema/your party/to study/dance/hang out sometime behind the abandoned shack in the middle of the dark woods where noone can hear your screams.
Honestly though, be yourself, take it casually don't do what i did one time "You have lovely eyes".
No run up to it, called her name while she was in a massive group of friends and said that... Embarrassment ensued. I made a beautiful friend from it though XD
