Are you sure that you're not trying to use an upgrade version? That's what it says when you are.
How come the clean installation worked on my computer + my parents' business computer?
They likely had Office on those computers already? If they're prebuilts they tend to come with a trial version of Office pre-installed.
Yeah I just thought of that. Long story but,
I'll just use my Office home & student one. Maybe I could install that one and then upgrade it..
