Get a Corsair / Seasonic PSU instead
Get a Corsair / Seasonic PSU instead
Well, that one has quite high reviews apart from 1 guy

From what I researched quickly, Novatech are rebranded OCZ PSUs. Judging by the quality of actual OCZs, I'd say it's pretty cheap. Often cheap brands of PSUs have faults. Believe me, I have a cheap one right now and a quarter of the time I turn on my pc it makes some funny sound. In the long run, it's better to get an expensive PSU, unless you really want to get a power supply failure and perhaps blow up the rest of your hardware as well. (and they aren't really that expensive, for either a 670 or 7970 550w is fine, and a good corsair one is around 120 dollars)

Thats because they all revieuw it seconds after they have put it in (whic is apparently easy).
None of them have experienced it malfunctioning over time or done an actual revieuw which measures ripple currents and efficiency at full load.

This, nobody bothers writing a revieuw later on anyways. They just think it's wear and tear. Nor does the normal consumer check voltages.
[sp]Taipan, it's REVIEWS not revieuw :v[/sp]

Ahh yes, I have made a habit in placing a "u" in vieuw. (view)

http://www.novatech.co.uk/products/components/powersupplies/rs750-acaad3-uk.html what are your thoughts on this one?
I've heard mixed reactions to Cooler Master PSUs. Antec and Corsair are traditionally very good and Seasonics are the best of the best. Corsairs can be overpriced outside of the CX range, but I'm personally rocking a Corsair CX500 with no regrets.

Good, but you can get away with 500w (or 600 if you plan to SLI in the future)
