Windows 8 now boots to Edit Boot Options each time

Everytime I boot windows, its boots to Edit Boot Option, and has /NOEXECUTE=OPTIN /USEPLATFORMCLOCK Its been doing this since the last couple of updates, its kinda annoying, since I have to erase /NOEXECUTE=OPTIN each time to start windows. Deleting the last couple updates didn't fix anything.
