How do i find out what ports i have open?

I was wondering today what ports i have open so i can setup my own server for team fortress 2 and other things like p2p download programs like, World of warcraft downloader (Probs the only one i use),I don't have access to my router so i can't find out that way. Do anyone know any other ways i cn find out what ports i have open, i would be thankful.
