Also the game is actually cheaper than most AAA titles even on Steam, I'd pay 50€, other games want 60 nowadays.

Didn't they already announce this months ago? Also, as nice as it is, it feels like a cheap marketing stunt to me. Considering how far from release the game still is, they probably could have just packed it all in the game initially, but this way it's played up as free bonus content.

I don't know if it is a marketing stunt or not, but at least they're not screwing over players. Game release is pretty far away but most of the last months of game development time is fixing content not adding more content.

This is definitely at least partially a PR stunt, but CD Projekt has demonstrated in the past that they genuinely do care about their players so I can't really complain.
