Reinstall of Windows 7 - "COOLING SYSTEM BROKEN, SEND BACK TO TOSHIBA"

Well, I've had my computer overheating for a couple of months after I uninstalled the Toshiba crapware, and I reinstalled Windows 7 and on boot it said "Cooling System broken, send back to Toshiba." I can't give screenshots but what should I do, I don't have a warranty either.

Check your temps and see if there is really a cooling problem.

OP clearly states that said machine is not under warranty, sending it back would be a waste of time.
