Windows 7 Driver for WUSB54Gv2

While I have the LinkSYS Network Adapter WUSB54Gv2, and I was told it was an unsupported device for Windows 7 but then I found this

While I'm not entirely sure what a driver set is, and when I go to the support page
( [url]http://www.linksysbycisco.com/APAC/en/support/WUSB54G[/url] ), I can find the driver download but no Driver set. Are they the same thing or what?
