missing NTLDR error when booting computer, went away after restart

I turned on my computer this morning to be greeted with a "missing ntldr" error.

upon restarting, it went away.

should I be concerned?

I'm running windows 7 64 bit

Win7 doesnt use NTLDR anymore (as far as i know), so you should probably be concerned
