well to loose some weight you just need to loosen your belt some
1. Take finger.
2. Open mouth.
3. Point finger at mouth.
4. Thrust finger in.
5. ???
6. Profit!

Run from a mad dog 10 miles.
Cut off body parts.
Burn it. Literally.
Just don't eat things that you don't need. Don't eat fast food, try to skip on dessert 2-3 nights a week.
Well to be honest, to lose weight you need to take away an O from loose.
Facepunch isn't a great place to go for this, what's wrong with google? Or just running/general exercise?

Do regular exercise and eat healthy.
Perhaps start attending Gym?
