Hey, I think my motherboard is fried/dead.
Symptoms:
1) No bios or anything shows up, even monitor doesn't turn on.
2) All fans are automatically working at 100% when turned on, I suppose because some part of mobo is fried.
3) It doesn't react to power button, have to pull the plug out to turn it off.
4) It heats up very quickly while still not showing bios.
I tried replacing ram, I tried taking out ram and changing channels, I tried replacing PSU, I tried disconnecting DVD rom and HDD, nothing hels. Even tried changing GPU from my other PC. Think it's mobo? It's quad core, Q8300 should I sell it, 6 GB DDR2 ram, and gpu which is GT 320 and buy new PC like i3 or i5 2500k with adding money?
Personally over all the PC's I have fixed and built for myself and others, this is first time I run into such thing when even bios doesn't show up.
So what happened before it started doing this?
Check the cables for now.
Does it have a speaker connected to the motherboard? Beep codes can be very useful to tell what is going on. The only other suggestion I would have would to be to get a diag card.
Here is an example of a cheap one. They read the codes off the PCI bus and tell you where in the POST the process stopped.

Now that being said, you would probably be best off to get a Core i5. With that will come DDR3 memory and will just rock.
Nope it has no beeps whatsoever, it has speaker but no beeps at all. Just all fans spinning at 100% speed making loud noise. Few years ago PC was under desk so kids were kicking it while at pc, not sure if that could only appear as problem now.
It does not sound good for the Motherboard then. Sorry.
I sure hope it's the motherboard, I just sold all other parts to people online. For CPU I had to lower price to possible fault, had to say if it doesnt work i will deliver your money and give you full refund. Hope it's mobo and cpu is okay.
