Hello i'm quite new to this forum. I've signed up because im really worried about my garrys mod. I had GFCscape OPEN with nothing on it and i was connected to servers on garrys mod.. Can you be banned by steams cheat service?? I'm really worried and I suffer from paranoia and autism and im freaking out and crying i dont know what to do i have played lots of garrys mod and i dont want to be banned im just very paranoid about programs being opened while running garrys mod on secured servers as i heard you can be banned for things that are not cheats but it detects them as cheats!!! the reason GFCscape was open is that its pinned to my start bar on windows so i think i accidently opened it while i was opening gmod! im really worried please help me! if my steam gets banned i think i will commit suicide im crying right now and ive cut my arms IM REALLY SCARED BECAUSE IT SAYS THAT STEAM WOULD NEVER UNBAN YOU AND IF THATS TRUE MY LIFE IS OVER IF I GET BANNED FOR NO REASON! any gmod/steam experts help is well appreciated. am i just freaking out too much or am i really at risk?? i apologize if i come across as rude/impolite but im really stressed out right now. i need help from you guys please!

1. GFScape is not a cheat service in the slightest. It's a file extraction program and in no way effects if VAC detects you as cheating. You can only be VAC banned for using .dll's or similar methods, not by running a program tantamount to running winzip. 2. Your Gmod is fine, but you need mental help.
