Probably got some fantasy artist that for some reason doesn't 100% know the Elder Scrolls to draw the dragons. And we ended up with the 4-legged versions of them in the cards but nobody at Bethesda bothered to correct it for some reason.

it's not that they're creating new characters, they're actually redesigning existing characters. this looks bad because they already fucked over already existing lore

i think it's part of a bigger issue that elder scrolls legends gives 0 fucks about already existing fans, especially with the DLC practices where it just makes it look like a generic cashgrab. of course this one thing on it's own is a non issue, but this really stacks up
