ArmA 2 Map Really Laggy

Hey, whenever I start up my ArmA 2 Map (In-Game Map) I really lag, its terrible, almost unplayable :) Any advice would be nice <3

What are your computer specs? ARMA 2 is a rather demanding game. Also word to the wise, smilies aren't really appreciated here.
