He's willing to stretch a little bit further, but I've made up this list for him. He knows he cannot expect much from a build this cheap, but I'm trying my best for him. I just need some feedback to see if I'm putting my money in the right things.

I tried to compromise on the CPU to get a 760 over a 750Ti to fit in his budget. Is it worth it? Or is the 760 not worth the extra price over the 750 Ti, thereby allowing me to go for a 4670K/Z87 ? Or heck, should I be going AMD? I'm not familiar with AMD products, I've never really put serious thought into them, but at this price range it might be worth looking into.
Bump.
Looks good. I'd switch the HDD to the seagate barracuda and the corsair to the 500 watt model if it's cheaper though
A saving of £2, it turns out as. I'd rather have an extra 100W for that money :v:
I assume you're then in agreement of my weighting towards GPU? I wasn't sure if 760 was worth skimping out on CPU for, over the 750 Ti.
It would be worth investing a bit more in a 280x and dropping down to a micro atx case and mb since there's no real difference between them and the ones you chose.

E: there's no real difference in most games between the 4430 and 4670, it's much better to invest in a good gpu, and the 280x is much better than the 760 (similar to a 770) http://www.xbitlabs.com/articles/cpu/display/core-i5-4670k-4670-4570-4430_5.html
