It looks like what happens when you have a poorly recorded VHS. Anyhow, how is it connected? HDMI? Component? Composite? S-Video? What?
It's because you play modern warfare 2. Smash the disc with a sledgehammer and it'll be fixed.
It happens with regular TV too. So its not an input issue. And yeah mw2 sucks
