• RAM Timings

Today, after noticing that the 1600MHz RAM I brought was running at 1333MHz I decided to change it to the correct clock speed. After doing so speccy is saying the the timing on the RAM is at 11-9-9-24, and after some research I found that it should be at 9-9-9-24. Now I am not sure whether to change the clock speed back to 1333MHz or leave it at 1600MHz but with the wrong timing. Any help for me understanding what is the best option will be much appreciated.
If it works, then I don't see why to change it back
I just wanted to make sure that the timings I'm at now are not horrendously wrong or some shit. It seems to be stable at those timings so I guess I'll leave it at 1600MHz.
