Okay so Post strange things what most people find Un-scary but you find Absolutely terrifying. Mine would have to be water slides ever since I was a Little kid I imagine the end being blocked up and being trapped in there forever.
The dark. [editline]9th September 2011[/editline] And crowds.
X-rays. As in the Radiology kind, not the spectrum kind.
Balloons Little children squeezing/sitting on/otherwise squashing balloons with no fear in the world It's not really a phobia, and I'm pretty calm most of the time, but when you know it's going to burst at any second it's just :byodood:
The gills in mushrooms
Silence. :(
Going down stairs at night. Closing the door behind me and turning off the lights.
Mushrooms.
Spiders past the size of a thumb nail
I'm scared of chairs. [editline].[/editline] I'm actually serious by the way. [editline].[/editline] I'm also scared of stepping on bird poo. It's just so disgusting and it's everywhere in London.
Cockroaches. Yeah.
Im really scared of maggots and similar worms. That's my #1 phobia.
I fucking hate wind turbines for some reason. I live in the midwest, and the place is full of 'em. Every time I drive/walk by one I get really tense and on edge, just generally uncomfortable until it's out of sight. The worst is at night, though, when the red light on top "blinks" when the blades cross it. So unnerving to see hundreds of those things at night stretch out for miles.
Big machinery/mechanical things, stuff like giant rotating gears and turbines.
Flushing the can.
I have a fear of crisps (or chips in the US) [thumb]http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/6/69/Potato-Chips.jpg[/thumb] Yes, these little fuckers right here. I used to be fine with them but now I can't stand the sight of them.
The dark.
Understandable.
Rejection. ;_______;
The dark. [editline]9th September 2011[/editline] And crowds.
dark crowds?
I am afraid of complete darkness. If it's so dark that I can't even see my hands, I start to get claustrophobic. This even counts if I am swimming in murky water.
Lightning. Get that shit away from me.
Cellphone ring.
water irl and in video games, because i never know what is in there and if it is going to eat me
The dark. Not like "Oh hey it's dark outside lets go do stupid shit!" kind of dark, but "I can't see anything in my room and I'm reading something that is scaring me." dark. Oh, and my hallucinations which I get in the dark.
i need my blanket to cover my head at all times because of the dark and the demons in it.
dark crowds?
Racist [editline]9th September 2011[/editline] And I feared TH89 when he was still mod Still do sometimes...
Irons. Yes, I'm serious.
Passing semi trucks. Compared to my small car I would be fucked if anything happened.
It's not particularly weird, or anything. But I've got a bit of a phobia of getting my hands trapped in things, be it a door or something horribly mechanical that uses cogs.
