I want to get a custom built Desktop for $1500 (That budget also covers monitors and accessories) I need something that has a high CPU rate as I will be playing alot of GMod so alot of Physics and such and a high-average graphics range. I want to try use all my money so I can get the best possible computer for that budget. Thanks!
You can get a computer that can play GMOD maxxed out for 600$.
What Taipan said is definitely true. If you still want to spend 1500 dollars though: This will leave you with ~$250 for accessories (200 once the promo deals go out september second): http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1xXMG This will leave you with ~450 for accessories: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1xXOU (you can also use this graphics card which gets better framerates in some games and poorer in others http://pcpartpicker.com/part/gigabyte-video-card-gvn760oc2gdrev20). This will leave you with ~500 for accessories: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1xXPZ I'm not sure what kind of accessories you want, which is why I left three different builds. For monitors: how many do you want? What resolution and aspect ratio? What refresh rate? What brightness and contrast ratio (if it matters to you)? What other accessories do you want?

Also, I want this computer to last the next few years (As in handle new games) because I don't expect to buy another for a while. I may want to get 2 more monitors so it stretches around on 3.
What about this monitor? http://au.pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-monitor-vx238h

Despite being heavily physics based, GMod really doesn't require a super high-end rig. Things like Max Payne 3 will run your CPU a lot harder. But no, as said above GMod maxed is fairly easy goal to hit.
