My favorite is Song of the Rattman. Also I don't really see the effort put into the Mirror's edge and the cat entry.
The last video is the best I think, most of them nearly have no effort put into them.

I wanted to make a video of a human from the Portal 2 time period finding Aperture just after Portal 2, falling through a hole and working through the labs with Rick the adventure sphere.
Unfortunately, my imagination forgets to take money or time constraints into account.
I want the rest of the Portal 2 soundtrack already. Hurry up Valve!

I'm really getting sick of people just recording gameplay and then editing it together. That takes 0 effort.
Watching the Half-Life 2 video made me realize how awesome it felt when I was first playing through it. It was pretty much the first FPS game I had played, and I was absolutely amazed by the detail of the world and of the character animation.
