Mouse and Keyboard problems after installing new gaphics card.

So my computer was running well and I thought I should get a new graphics card, I got a Geforce GT 240. I tried playing some games and I noticed a problem occuring after a few minute of gameplay.

If I try to move in any direction and let the button, my cahracter would continue moving and stop after a while.

If I try to click my mouse, I hear strange beeps from the computer

this happens every once in a while, I'm not sure if it's caused by the card or not, but it's started to get annoying and any help would be appreciated.

That sounds like a mouse driver issue. To me anyway. A GPU shouldn't affect mouse input.
