So, firstly, for this you're going to need to download the Vinesauce Corrupter
Then get some OLD roms for OLD games (I'm not going to condone finding roms for recent games because that may count as Warez). You should know where to get these by now.
Then get an appropriate emulator (one with features such as quicksaves, rewinding and fast forwarding is ideal)
Now, you're going to be faced with this screen. Just download the thing and use this for reference.

Tips:
- It's going to take a lot of trial and error, but keep at it.
- I've found it's better if you keep the increment quite high.
- If the game keeps crashing, make your start or end points further from the start and end, respectively.
- If there is no effect on the game, ensure your start point is lower than your end point and move each closer to their end of the rom
- I've found it works a lot better to have your "corrupt every..." field quite high (between 1000 and 10,000)
- Games from pretty much any system will work, as long as you can get an emulator and a rom.
- A good place to start is to shift the start byte up by a few thousand, check and uncheck auto-end, and reduce the end byte by a few thousand from there.
- If you can't see the bottom of the window, press enter to start the emulator instead of clicking run.
- If your emulator says "BAD ROM" or something of the sort when you start, don't worry.
- Don't worry about your game being fucked, it saves the corrupted rom to a different location.
If you get something neat, post it. Videos, settings, pictures all work. I'd advise against posting links to roms (even if they're corrupted) as this may count as warez.
Now, for my contribution:
Game: Donkey Kong Country 2 - Diddy Kong's Quest (SNES)
Settings:
Start: 79000
Auto-end on
corrupt every: 8012
Shift right: 2000
NES jam protection off

Diddy's clothes are all grey and he will automatically walk to the left or right, but cannot stop. Touching any enemy (or Dixie's barrel) will cause the game to crash and the invisible ground hides some holes in the level. Plays a lot like Bit Trip Runner, actually.

Mario Land 2
Normally crashes, but source here anyway: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/900111/youtube1.txt
Whenever I try this, vinesauce saves the rom as a .rom file and none of my emulators can do .rom files (snes9x and zsnes do .smc files, and visualboyadvance does .gba files.) Does anyone know of any emulators that can run .rom files?

Change the extension to a .smc or .gb ... you get to choose the name of the outputted corrupted rom...
