Battlefield Hardline just isn't as serious as the others, so I imagine they just went to town with the stuff in the game.

Hardline is definitely more a labor of love to the devs really. Its a lot more playful and jovial, its not trying to be the ultra hardcore military sim the mainline titles pretend to be.
How populated is it on pc? I may pick it up on the cheap for laughs if they're making these ridiculous expansions. The gameplay itself was pretty good from the beta, just too similar to bf4 to justify the 60 dollars + season pass price.

It's got 3k peaks, pretty dead on PC
Depending on what mode you want to play it's not super hard to find a game on PC but servers running any of the current DLC's are absolutely dead.
Looking at the picture, it seems like katanas would've been more fitting.

Honestly I adore hardline, I love cops vs robbers and they did a great job with it. Hope this dlc pulls players in again
