I put a few in my school bag and eat them between lectures. They taste amazing and provide some helpful glucides for the rest of the day

Most food is healthy for you so long as you do things in moderation. Even eating mcdonalds can be healthy if you moderate what you eat and don't order the Double XL bigmac with XXL bacon and mayo.

i pretty much eat eggs at any time of the day and love 'em, and sometimes also throw together my own salads which can last a good day or two. also a big fan of wheat bread, it's WAYYYY better than white.

Hemp seeds are amazing for you, they are a really good source of protein, omega 3, omega 6, magnesium, manganese and iron . I had a 3 or 4 spoonfulls yesterday morning and like 5 minutes later as I was closing a cupboard I thought someone turned the lights on because the room got brighter. I even asked my dad "Did someone turn the lights on??" but they were already on before...must have been the hemp seeds. Don't eat any processed or red meat. Chicken, turkey and lamb is okay.

I drink juice instead of pop any chance I get. And I usually start my day off with a glass of ice water, just to make sure I get the stuff in my system.
I'm not exactly the healthiest person out there, but I always have a 2L Fanta bottle filled with water to keep myself hydrated.
I blame my parents because they flip their shits if we eat upstairs.

Spinach is a good source of iron, you can just put a bunch of leaves of it in your salad or on a sandwich. Avocado on toast is good, too.

Don't have stuff with a ton a butter, trust me it makes you feel like awful to have all that greasy fat.
