I'm building a computer for a friend with a budget of $650, but hes willing to stretch to $700 if it's absolutely necessary. He wants to play Battlefield 3 and Crysis 2 along with most source games and he has a screen resolution of 1024x1280. OS is needed but keyboard, mouse, and monitor isn't. I live in the US and prefer to use Newegg for building.
