Here in the middle of nowhere, USA my downloads are only 160kb/s second at best and only improve to about 220kb/s at University

Sorry but I beat you, I get at max 60kb/s, and my fucking provider North Land Cable charges ridiculous prices for the shitty internet I get. $29.99 a month for 100kb/s, which really turns to be 60kb/s.
