Just downloaded and played it a bit today. It is fun, once you prop up Vice City precariously to run on Windows 10. So many issues before it'll run in a really crappy visual state. Fun nonetheless.

its niche enough that like people who care enough to still follow just know.
This is a really really old mod for vice city. I'm shocked they're still developing it.

I remember a GTA III mod actually surpassed this one in quality a while back but it went dead silent. :v:
