Well me and my neibor have the same isp, near the same download rate and upload rate sense we have the same plan (comcast). and when we play on the same gameserver i get about 80 more ping then he does. anyone know why this would happen?

no i have 80 ping higher then he does, he has way lower and i'm on cable
did he make the server you play on
