I thought it would be fun and interesting to see what kind of "nerds" most of us are. I'm not implying that everyone here is a socially awkward basement dweller who does nothing but geek with his geeky stuff, but surely most of us have a geeky passion/interest in the things in the poll. Videogames is probably the most obvious, but also probably not the only one (hence multiple choices). If you are into everything listed, select only thing you are most interested in, and spend time on the most.
personally, I'm a film nerd more than anything else.
I'm a total art/music nerd, I compose pretentious ambient/post-rock and I'm also learning drawing techniques from Andrew Loomis' books. Films too, I suppose.
I guess I play videogames too but not as much as I used to.
I play videogames sometimes but I don't consider myself a "gamer" or a "videogame nerd".
Nothing but anime. Anime is my life. I am anime god.
Everything but a movie nerd but increasingly that as well over time.
Primarily im an art nerd but since thats not an option :v:

I don't think I fit any of those stereotypes... voted cartoon because Simpsons, Family Guy, American Dad, South Park, etc.
I like movies and I like books.

No longer a nerd. But this transition has made it harder to get along with nerds, unless I'm with a nerdy girl who looks good, but still is a nerd, because that is my opposite. I tend to associate myself with the rockstardom of the 70's. I have a belief I am Jim Morrison reborn. Or something along those lines.... Jk. Just something along those lines.
