I'm thinking of getting one of these:

My main(only?) use for it would be for writing on the website http://board800.com/
Does it work like a normal mouse though? Can I use it for this site and others?
I'm confused as to whether it will only work with programs like Photoshop.
It works like a mouse. I just tried mine out on the site and it works well apart from switching to the pointer tool instead of pencil after every stroke. If you don't mind repeatedly clicking the pencil then it will be perfect.

thanks.
Click the padlock and it doesn't move back to the pointer.

There you go
They don't have my country on wacom, so i'm going to get it from a local site, the one I was looking at: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002OOWC4C/ref=pd_lpo_k2_dp_sr_1?pf_rd_p=486539851&pf_rd_s=lpo-top-stripe-1&pf_rd_t=201&pf_rd_i=B002OOWC3S&pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_r=0NJ6MFKWSZ6RZXAQAH3V
You don't really need touch. It doesn't even work that well either.
