here are the three builds i have, has to stay under 700$ that includes the monitor and keyboard, no need for the OS as i already have that

Minor adjustment to build number 2, instead of the radeon 6850, i just added a 6870 for 10$ more, figured worth it
I would strongly lean towards build 2, but with the power supply switched to something a bit more reputable. The CX500 is a Channel Well Tech and doesn't have amazing performance or anything.

The Silverstone ST50F gets pretty decent reviews, supplies similar wattage and is a little cheaper.

With the leftover cash I might consider picking out a case with a larger budget.
Sweet works perfect for the build, think i might order this one, double checking making sure everything is fine with each other first
