I've stupid as i am lost my cd, for WC3 Frozen Throne, but ive got the "pack" it was in with cd key and all. Is there someway i can get the installation files and use my own cd key?

Yeah, you just need the key if you want to play online, download it from wherever, patch it and use your key.
Register the game with a Battle.net account and it'll let you download the game.
Keeping in mind you can't just install Frozen Thone by itself, you still need the original WC3.
