First off I want to say thank you in advance for any that hep me. I recently bought a dedicated server with Ubuntu installed on it, and I managed to install game panel x. The only problem is the control panel does not install game servers. I tried to install minecraft on my server using game panel x and it would not finish installing. If anyone can help me feel free to post below.
Would you mind clarifying a bit? Did you physically buy a server, or are you renting one online? I highly suggest you simply learn how to use a command line interface and install things yourself if you're planning on hosting servers, but if you want to use game panal X you should probably ask them about it because it's probably not used enough that anyone here would know about it.

And if you're simply renting the server, you should probably just rent a Minecraft server, it will perform a lot better since they can really optimize them for Minecraft.

I am renting a dedicated server box from a company. I have already connected to my box using putty. I needed to use that to install everything. I want to use a gui to make it easier for some friends that will be using it. I have already manually installed minecraft manually but I need to leave the command line open for it to leave the game running. I was testing to see if game panel x could install everything without me needing to install it manually. Also thanks for the help. I was hoping at least one person had used game panel x before. I mostly read nothing but tcadmin on Google when I was trying to find the best free one with the least amount of problems. I will go chat with them and see what they say. I didn't use their forums because it looked inactive.
If you or anyone else knows a of a better free game control panel feel free to post below.
