Anything in particular in mind? Because to me it seems more balanced than Vanilla; now each soldier has enough utility to allow you to get through the first months without relying on luck with the RNG, and the perk trees aren't stupid

Dude, go into the XCOM thread and ask what's wrong with Long War.

You'll basically get a laundry list of 'Why? WHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHY' and finally the lead dev for the mod masks every dumb decision in 'git gud' like he's some 14 year old memester on 4chan talking about Dark Souls.

My advise is to play the original XCOM: UFO Defense in EU/UFO: Enemy Unknown in NA, for a real challenge.

Or play Terror from the Deep if you really like a good fucking in the ass.
