My dog has very thin skin selectively in a thin vertical strip on its stomach area, almost as if it is being slowly bored out. I am almost positive this can't be healthy for it. It could probably be punctured if I put enough pressure on it, and that's why I'm worried. Anyone have an idea what this is?
