• 'Unresponsive' keys on Razer Blackwidow; nearly brand new.

I need you on this one, facepunch. Everywhere I go I can't find answers. So basically I've had my Razer BW for a while now, no backlights, about a 120$ mechanical keyboard. After a few months of playing with it, I've noticed my 'T' key has become very unresponsive. Sometimes I'm unable to even make it key in, sometimes it keys in anywhere from three times to twice. I have no idea if this is a driver problem, but I assume it is. I have no idea how to fix this, I've deleted, reinstalled, and tried using the keyboard without macros (with support from synapse 2.0) and nothing has worked. I want to avoid trying to turn it in for a new one, because I'm unable to find the receipt for now. As for the keyboard alone? It seems fine. The key doesn't seem damaged at all, it presses down properly and has faced like minimal abuse. TL:DR, certain key started becoming unresponsive after a bit, I think it's a driver problem but I literally don't know why it's doing this. Has anyone experienced this before? btw the hype is real on these keyboards, they're not even that magnificent.
Return the keyboard, it's defective. Avoid Razer products from here on out. (I had problems with my razer black widow too.) However you can try to repair the switch yourself using videos and other things like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GivKt63dLvA
thanks man. I'm going to be hunting for that receipt then lol
May I recommend a Cooler Master TK or Cooler Master Rapid. I've had excellent performance with the Cooler Master Rapid, easily customizable keys with a very compact, sturdy frame. Make sure to get the one with the right MX Cherry's you want. I linked to MX Cherry Blues which are my favorite.
thanks a lot man. I'm really unimpressed with this keyboard and I can't believe that I was deceived by its poor quality. dead keys in like 3 months really ticked me off.
