Take a look at all the listings. That's the lowest one, and the only one that's less than about ￥9600. It says that one is in "acceptable" condition and has a considerable amount of damage but still readable ("Extreme scratches on the cover, some parts on the top partly ripped, as well as some other bent, ripped, or scratched parts."), while the others say they're in good condition. I want something that's completely readable and intact.

We have a whole forum dedicated to computer building. I just did a comparison build and you can build the exact same computer as the $1699 version (with estimated prices for the 370x since it isn't out yet) for ~$1200.
$500. That's two monitors, a keyboard, a mouse, and a headset you could buy with the money instead of paying extra to have dell stick it into a cheap case and fill it with bloatware. Not to mention, the upgraded versions suggest 16gb of RAM and 1500W power supplies, which are absolutely ludicrous.
