So as the the title says what is the most extreme weather you have been in.. Blizzards, blazing heat, etc.. Tell your stories. (Add pics if you can)
For me.. it was playing outside in 103(f) degree weather.. I was sweating like crazy shit sucked. Another was during a hurricane a tree fell over and landed on our house, our whole backyard was trashed and lets just say we had fire wood for a really long time.

It was like this in the first couple minutes.
So imagine that x 60 x 24 x 5
Blizzard of '09 in Oklahoma. And this goes in Fast Threads.
Hurricane Juan. Nova Scotia's most powerful hurricane since 1835. Category 2 Hurricane, our power was out for a full week, trees were down everywhere.
Twin waterspouts over Lake Erie when we lived right on the lake. Shit was scary; illuminated with each lightning flash, always seeming to get closer...
Nothing much really, just thunder storms with some heavy rain, wind and lightning back where I used to live. Now we just deal with heavy snow during the winter where I live now.

I cant remember if hurricane Charley was a category 3 or 4.
So... blizzards I guess :v:
-40 blizzard at the top of Whistler and Blackcomb skiing a few years ago. The straps on my ski poles froze.
Or when I was in Annapolis and a storm rolled in, dived into a cafe and they had to put the shutter down and everything. No one could leave for a few hours, wasn't all bad, a local bluesgrass band was in there as well and played to keep people occupied.
Been around a tornado, extreme wind chill, -20F cold, and a few hurricanes
I actually want to experience a blizzard.. But i haven't ever seen snow my whole life. :smith:
we spent a week in Pinkham Notch for a field trip when I was in middle school. It's on Mount Washington which is known for have worlds worst weather.
Anyways one day it reached -40f with windchill, when you spit it froze before it hit the ground.

apparently -40F is also -40C, you learn something everyday
It was either a Tornado or one of those Dirt storms.
Can't tell because I wasn't old enough to even have my eyes open when we had the tornado.
period blood everywhere.

There has been tornado's but none that have put me in any danger.

That looks amazing
I walked maybe a kilometer to school in a blizzard 2 years ago, I've always wanted to do that again. Nothing more exhilarating than not being able to see 2 feet in front of you.

I would have been miserable.
During the height of summer the weather likes to chill around 120 degrees during the day in Arizona, I don't mind though because I love heat. The hotter the better. Everyone else is acting like they're gonna fuckin keel over or die or some bullshit though
When I was like 9 there was a hurricane where we had to stay in the closet all night.
Wasn't that bad though.
I have a boring life.

Sounds like fun
Snowed about 22 inches last year. School was out for 4 days straight.
When I went to Marco Island in Florida, there was a flood warning.
Had a tornado hit my house. Wasn't a bad one though, just a few shingles tore off and lawn chairs wrapped around trees.
