• Computer will start but just gives a blank screen

So I recently moved my PSU to my new computer however after realizing I did not have the cables to hook up even one of the 6970s in it I moved it back to my old. I plugged everything back in except my second HDD and dvd drive but ran into a problem. Upon starting it the fans go on and everything, no warning beeps however nothing shows up. The mouse appears to be not receiving power and neither does the keyboard. I've tried hooking it up to two different monitors and tried two different kinds of cables. Nothing makes it get past the black screen. I've checked all the cables and everything. Any advice on how to fix this? I would give the specs but I can only remember some of the parts. ATI Radeon 6750 4GB DDR3 RAM Intel i7 @ 2.8GHz (I think a i7-860)
Make sure the 24-pin motherboard power connector is plugged in to the motherboard. They are usually extremely tight. You know it's plugged in when the connector is latched.
Its plugged in all the way. I'm sure. The computer starts and everything, all lights on the MB light up and everything.
Is every other power connector plugged in? Processor power, graphics card power? Does the keyboard/mouse light up? Did you have your OS installed on your second HD and now there is no boot device?
Theres not any BIOS screen showing up or anything, everythings plugged in.
Does the graphics card work? Can you test it in another PC? Also, are you using motherboard standoffs, the little brass screws that screw into your case which you then screw the motherboard screws into?
