I was wondering if a 620W power supply is enough to handle a AMD Phenom 2 X4 965 processor and a XFX 4890 video card.

Yeah, that's enough. My Phenom & 4870 (both very similar) run on 650w without any problems.

yeah it's fine, the case isn't exactly praised for it's looks but it has nice features
