It's fucking annoying and I can't seem to figure out where is the problem.
Whenever I start a game my computer freezes to a black screen. How do I know it's frozen? Because the loading cursor freezes too and it will never wake up.
The funny thing is that after I boot my computer the game starts just fine, but if I try to run it the second time it freezes again.
I have done registry fixes and cleared my caches and I also defragmented my HDD.
Only thing I can now think of is a virus, but I haven't noticed anything else wrong with my computer. Guess I'll try that next.
Any other suggestions or ideas of what's wrong or I should try?
Are the games in Full-Screen?

Yes.
First time this occurred was about two weeks ago and nothing before that, so I don't think it's that.

And it can't be the OS since you luckily have 7. Hope you fix the problem!
Sounds like it is your graphics card fucking up, try updating the usual (GPU Drivers and DirectX).

Done that already. Didn't change anything.
Are your games being booted from Steam?
