Basically, my iPhone refused to boot randomly after a restart by freezing at Apple logo, so I [I]had [/I]to do Restore data which invloved updating to the abomination of iOS which is 7. Is there any way to downgrade? I did Google but as far as I have read it told me "no, because Apple stopped signing iOS 6".

I made a big mistake, yes.
Afaik you cannot downgrade your phone's version through apple's software.
I did more Googling, and apparently only 4 can be downgraded if you have savved your SHSH blobs. Mine is 4S and therefore is not downgradable, and I am pretty much fucked now. Thank you random desync between computer and phone, you fucked everything up for me.

Now my biggest concern is to how can I re-install half of my [del]games[/del] apps that did not install after I used the Cloud backup.
Well all your downloaded apps are under the updates section on purchased (shows free ones too) in app store. Your iphone should be more stable when 7.1 is out, 7.0 was rushed
It refused to install more than half of the apps for no reason and now I haven't got most of them. Anyways, I'm not in my house yet, just staying in another one, and I'll be back home today so I will sync with that computer which should have the most recent backup(hopefully). If not, then just re-download some apps.
