This doesn't mean that i follow that rule. If i hated anime and Touhou, would i have a Cirno avatar in the first place? The first rule I have written were based off of the fact that 99.9% of Facepunch hates anime. Also, rule 2, means that the United States of America is the best goddamned thing since sliced bread, another rule which i disagree with due to me being Canadian.

If you use a meme in your post, you will be banned. Fun fact - because of this rule, there are over 9000 bans every day.
