This is most likely a common topic/question amongst the internet, but searching hasn't gotten me the answer yet, so I decided to ask.
On Windows Vista, is there anyway to disable the windows-logo/start key? (Preferably without the use of a program.)
If so could you tell me how to manually disable the key, or suggest what I should use to have it disabled?
You can't.
You could just pop the key off if it bothers you that much. Luckily my keyboard (Logitech G15) actually has a switch on it to disable those keys :D

And you wonder why I want a G15 :axe:
I wish people would Google more. http://www.brothersoft.com/winkey-killer-4807.html
Stick a flathead screwdriver under it and pop it out.
