:canada: Do you prefer ncix.com? or Newegg.ca? I prefer ncix.com due to their price matching service, newegg.ca generally has fucking long shipping times, and their shipping scatters all of the US like a fucking ground hog on steriods. The only con ncix has is the after rebate pricing on some items which fucks up the "sort by price" system, since rebates are complete bullshit %35 of the time. I honestly think newegg.ca can improve alot. Automatic price matching has got to be the best service ever, which gives a automatic win for ncix combined with second day shipping times. NCIX is the Newegg.com of Canada.
I pick whatever's cheaper
Also, memoryexpress.
I will never use NCIX because of the layout. Prices seem decent though.
I will never use NCIX because of the layout. Prices seem decent though.
Yeah, That is one of the major cons. [editline]15th December 2010[/editline]
Also, memoryexpress.
Never heard of it, I wanted to try it but it was "Down for updates". Some of the prices looked decent, and appearently they have free shipping under 91 lbs. And shipping is usuaully the make or break for me as it can account towards a large portion of the costs, of say $400 worth of expensive computer parts. [editline]15th December 2010[/editline] Augh I wish I lived in a province that did not have HST. Fuck you Gordon Campbell!
Yeah, fuck Gordon Campbell.
Yeah, fuck Gordon Campbell.
[insert generic insult here] [editline]15th December 2010[/editline]
Also, memoryexpress.
Website is back, I'm honestly loving what I'm seeing here. Thanks for telling.
Newegg, or whatever is cheaper.
I use NCIX, considering I live 20 minutes away from it and can just pick up the items in-store.
The prices are a little higher then most though. [editline]15th December 2010[/editline] OMFGWASDASDd asd szdv.c automerge fail

[editline]15th December 2010[/editline] OMFGWASDASDd asd szdv.c automerge fail
Back when there wasn't a Memexpress in Richmond, you could get by the HST cause it would come straight outta Calgary, and they wouldn't give a damn. That changed now though.
Do you live in Ontario or Vancouver area? If so, Price match with newegg and pick it up at ncix Win/Win
Do you live in Ontario or Vancouver area? If so, Price match with newegg and pick it up at ncix Win/Win
Shopbot.ca + NCIX Pricematch. Newegg does not always have the cheapest prices. Though I'm looking at memory express pricing, their free shipping is quite nice. Im considering it. That changed now though.
I think HST is charged no matter which province you're in, for example newegg.ca charges HST in BC and they do not have a warehouse in BC, I liked PST/GST more. But former premier Gordon Campbell changed that without holding a vote or anything. [editline]16th December 2010[/editline]
Do you live in Ontario or Vancouver area? Unfortunatly I live in Nanaimo and I do not want to spend $12 on a ferry ticket so I can pick the stuff up at NCIX.
I use NCIX for orders, newegg and other websites to design builds. It's much cheaper for me, especially on shipping.
I use NCIX for orders, newegg and other websites to design builds. It's much cheaper for me, especially on shipping.
Yeah. Newegg's interface is a great, which makes it perfect for using as a "build design tool". If NCIX adopted a better layout I'd be %120 happier.
The Canada post shopper search is seemingly the best canada price search
The Canada post shopper search is seemingly the best canada price search
Yep. It is. http://canadapost.com/shopper
ncix
ncix
You aint Canadian. GTFO.
Yes I am, in fact I got a package from newegg.ca containing some GTX 580's. Pretty decent for a 500$ upgrade.
Yes I am, in fact I got a package from newegg.ca containing some GTX 580's. Pretty decent for a 500$ upgrade.
I don't think somebody as stupid as you could be canadian. Let me rephrase that, I don't think you're Canadian.
Yes I am, in fact I got a package from newegg.ca containing some GTX 580's. Pretty decent for a 500$ upgrade.
Oh good. More insanely high end hardware for [del]you[/del] your father/little brother to break.
I don't think somebody as stupid as you could be canadian. Let me rephrase that, I don't think you're Canadian.
Looks like another elitist moron from British Columbia I need to add to my blocked list.
Looks like another elitist moron from British Columbia I need to add to my blocked list.
Do it. Do it now, I don't care about you anyways. You're just annoying me. [editline]16th December 2010[/editline]
Oh good. More insanely high end hardware for [del]you[/del] your father/little brother to break.
Lol. This might not be related to "high end hardware" but my little sister licked the interiors of all my floppy disks :(.

I ordered a whole bunch of computer parts to fix my computer recently and they came from two separate warehouses and they both arrived on the same day a week later.
Bull-fucking shit. I ordered a whole bunch of computer parts to fix my computer recently and they came from two separate warehouses and they both arrived on the same day a week later.
Shipping doesn't even have to do from were you order from besides processing.
Bull-fucking shit. All orders I have placed from NCIX have come within 2 days. [editline]16th December 2010[/editline]
Shipping doesn't even have to do from were you order from besides processing.
Say that again, it made no sense.
What Ordering from a large metropolitan area is going to have faster shipping times than from Bum Fuck Nowhere, NWT
the place you order from has no influence on the shipping time besides processing IE: Grabbing it off the fucking shelf and throwing it in a box.
the place you order from has no influence on the shipping time besides processing IE: Grabbing it off the fucking shelf and throwing it in a box.
Again please. Did not understand that.
