Yesterday, I decided to reset all settings, as my music app was acting weird.
But after that I found out that I couldn't access the internet anymore, I can detect the network, and the iPod touch does connect with it, but I cannot acces the internet.
When I go to my router's settings however, it does not list my iPod as connected.
Did anyone else have this problem and/or knows how to fix it?
By the way I'm on an iPod touch 3g 8GB 3.1.2, jailbroken with Blackra1n.

Ok, rated myself dumb, I forgot to try rebooting, everything works now.
And for future reference, there are no 8GB 3G models, only 32 and 64!

The 8gb that shipped with the 32\64 has a different model number and wasn't able to be jailbroken at launch, I'd say that'd a 3rd gen.

Not at all, when I tried to download the 3.1.2 software, I got the choice between 3G or 2G. well I picked 3 and I was wrong, as I had to use the 2 gen software... (3 h of download waisted xD)

Are you sure that you didn't get old stock of a 8GB?
