• Windows 7 stuck at "Welcome" upon startup

As the title says that's where I'm having problems. I startup the machine, enter password and it gets stuck at "Welcome" upon startup and after 25 minutes no error so I've gone about trying to problem solve using safe mode. The repeated problem I'm encountering is after fresh install I get the updates through Windows Updates. (before so I create a restore point) Next I install the Asus Mobo drivers from disc (restore point before installing) Next I install Evga driver (restore point before installing) and after installing the gpu driver I was unable to get past the login. Randomly when I leave the computer off for extended periods of time the computer boots 100% wonderfully and fast right into the desktop but will freeze. I recently have set some DRAM timing but as I'm not 100% sure what some of the options do I have only done the following DRAM CAS# lATENCY (9 DRAM Clock) DRAM RAS# TO CAS3 DELAY (9 DRAM Clock) DRAM RAS# PRE TIME (9 DRAM Clock) DRAM RAS# ACT TIME (24 DRAM Clock) I am not sure that it is the memory timings that is the source of the problem but I am now making a list of everything I have tried that has not resulted in the system becoming stable and removing the problem. At this point after using google and browsing forums for quite some time now I'm drained of ideas and options that I've found so I am here asking for help from those that know more than myself in this matter. Thanks for your time and consideration folks. What I've Tried: Using W7 Home Prem 64 Bit Disc to "repair" computer but the problem persists I have tried disabling all startup and services (I disable everything after hiding all microsoft services) yet problem persists I have tried disabling windows defender (have yet to find windows DEP to disable it) System Specs
W7 Home Prem 64 Bit ASUS P6T Deluxe V2 LGA 1366 Intel X58 ATX Intel Motherboard Intel Core i7-930 Bloomfield 2.8GHz LGA 1366 130W Quad-Core Desktop Processor Model BX80601930 CORSAIR XMS3 12GB (6 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model HX3X12G1600C9 G OCZ Vertex Series OCZSSD2-1VTX30GXXX 2.5" 30GB SATA II MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) EVGA 015-P3-1482-AR GeForce GTX 480 (Fermi) SuperClocked 1536MB 384-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card
Did you try resetting the DRAM timings to the default values?
Yeah I've ran the system with default and with those timings but it changes nothing sadly.
Without the video drivers installed make sure the rest of the drivers for the system is the most up-to-date. We have seen some issues with the default windows driver for the Realtek NIC. I see that you have a Marvell NIC. After the drivers are fully updated install the video drivers and see if the issue persists. That is an excerpt from a message I got from EVGA but nobody is providing me a way to get the newest drivers so it didn't help me much but just seeing if perhaps someone knows where as I'm not getting anywhere with it.
