NHL games are more enjoyable gameplay-wise IMO. It just works better than football.

I don't think we're gonna get them on PC any time soon though.

Because the 650 is weaker than the 460. A GTX 650 performs pretty much the same as an HD 5770, while the 460 lands somewhere between a 5850/6850 and a 5870/6870 (The only real difference between the 5xxx and the 6xxx series is the power-efficiency)
