I'd actually like to point out, Concerned was in gmod 9 era. Gmod 10's phys gun actually handles physics a little differently, ragdolls too. You are best off tweaking settings but that's pretty under the hood for most people. Because of this, GMod will feel pretty fucky to anyone who has gmod 9 hardwired into their brain.

He spent three hours being incapable of playing through one chapter and using either the spawn menu or console to give himself weapons. Neglecting to google "how do I rotate ragdolls in gmod" is the least of what I'm talking about.
